Colorado is probably one of my favorite states in this country. For many reasons the food included. When I was on my latest trip to Colorado I stopped in Boulder and compiled a list of where to in in Boulder Colorado.
These are casual restaurants so if you are looking for fancier food, I don't recommend this list.
I am going to compile this list, in this order: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
These restaurants are affordable for most budgets. I think that this list is great for families, or couples on a vacation.
Hey even if you are moving to the area I recommend checking these places out.
Dot's Diner: Dot's Diner is pretty cheap and their hashbrowns are amazing. They have these funky and amazing super large biscuits. There are a few Dot's Diners in the Boulder area and they all serve amazing breakfast food, so when in the area definitely look for the one closest to you.
Half Fast Subs: I am a sandwich fanatic and Half Fast Subs has the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life. When in Boulder I make every excuse to go to Half Fast Subs. Every sandwich I have ever had (on their very long menu) there is absolutely amazing.
They have the sandwich bread brought in daily from Denver, and the bread is amazing. I recommend the french bread but their white bread is also great.
They aren't handy with the sauce, it is just the right amount of sauce to complement the sandwich. They have so many amazing sandwiches but I recommend the buffalo chicken.
Call me "basic" call me "boring" whatever you want to call me sometimes I like to have sports bar type food for dinner. Things like wings, and nachos.
I think Eureka!: does it the best. They have great wings, fries, and burgers but they aren't boring. If you are looking for a good casual but not boring supper. Try Eureka! I recommend the wings!
Are you from Boulder, in Boulder, going to Boulder?
